Feasibility study and trade-offs
Solution benchmark, technical and economic comparison, macro budget and schedule. We also document the options we ruled out and why: that is what stops the same debate reopening six months later.
Complete technical package
General arrangement and detail drawings, bill of materials, calculation notes, material and treatment specifications. The package is written to be read by a supplier who knows nothing of your history.
Industrialisation and follow-up
Manufacturing routing, control plan, tooling, product qualification file. Then works supervision: progress monitoring, supplier validation, commissioning.
